I am a Biochemistry graduate and MSc candidate in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry based in Onitsha, Nigeria. I currently serve as Principal of St. Paul's Model Secondary School, Ojoto, where I lead academic and administrative operations, and I continue to develop my research interests in natural products, medicinal chemistry and scientific writing.

The science

Building from biochemistry into medicinal chemistry research

My academic foundation in Biochemistry developed into postgraduate work in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry, with current research focused on the chemistry and biological relevance of palm-kernel-derived natural products.

Leading teaching, examinations and day-to-day academic operations

As Principal of St. Paul's Model Secondary School, Ojoto, I coordinate teaching, assessment, staff supervision, student welfare, examinations and stakeholder engagement while supporting the school's institutional development.

The evidence

Turning responsibility into measurable academic outcomes

The school progressed to serving as a WASSCE and NECO examination centre. In the 2026 WASSCE cohort, 22 candidates sat the examination and 13 achieved at least seven distinctions plus credits in English and Mathematics.

  • Provide overall academic, administrative and strategic leadership for the school.
  • Supervise approximately 15 teachers and coordinate teaching, assessment, student discipline and welfare.
  • Oversee examinations, stakeholder engagement, school records and day-to-day institutional operations.
  • Supported the school's development into a WASSCE and NECO examination centre.
  • Led examination administration for 22 WASSCE candidates in 2026; 13 achieved at least seven distinctions plus credits in English and Mathematics.
